Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary care for infants, children, and adolescents by performing regular check-ups and screenings

Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions

Administer vaccinations and educate families on preventive health measures

Monitor the physical, emotional, and social development of children

Develop and manage individualized care plans for patients

Collaborate with specialists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and health education

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations
Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school

Board certification in Pediatrics

Active medical license to practice in the state

Strong understanding of pediatric healthcare principles and practices

At least 3 years of experience in a pediatric setting preferred
