Paid Accounting/Finance Internship

We are offering a part time or full time internship to a current student in business school. We will work around your schedule. While not guaranteed, the goal of the internship would be full time employment upon graduation. We will train on all tasks.

• Reasonable excel skills preferred. Pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred

Examples of Daily Tasks

• General ledger entries
• Invoice loading with three-way match
• Bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Oversight of outstanding payments to assist in cash projections
• Periodic review of general expenses and cost cutting avenues
• Oversight of customer accounts nearing past due status
• File gathering for audits
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
