Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads).
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing ad spend for maximum impact.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Manage and report on campaign metrics, making data-driven recommendations to inform future ad strategies.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, driving brand awareness, and community growth.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in paid advertising and social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing principles, including content creation, community management, and paid amplification.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Outstanding creativity, writing, and visual design skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and messaging.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
