Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Paid Advertising & SEO Specialist to manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across all social media platforms, work with AI-driven advertising platforms, and implement SEO strategies to drive measurable business growth.

This is a full-time position focused on performance, optimization, and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across all social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and others).

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on AI-powered advertising platforms.
• Develop full-funnel digital advertising strategies.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on data and KPIs.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Analyze performance data and prepare clear, structured reports.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, advertising policies, and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for campaign scaling and performance improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in paid advertising and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and commitment.

Salary & Employment Terms:

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Visa Requirement: Candidates must be under their own sponsorship (dependent visa) within the UAE.
