Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist (3–5 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Paid Ads Specialist with 3–5 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. The candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns that drive qualified traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to support campaign strategies.

Optimize campaigns for maximum performance-improving click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost efficiency.

Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for A/B testing and conversion optimization.

Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-backed adjustments.

Prepare performance dashboards and reports highlighting ROI, CPA, ROAS, and key growth insights.

Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns.

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.

In-depth understanding of campaign bidding strategies, attribution models, and conversion tracking.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, and remarketing strategies.

Knowledge of programmatic advertising, YouTube Ads, and display networks.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
