We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing performance-focused ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, and is comfortable working in an agency environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to optimize campaigns to meet performance targets, and effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Optimization

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS/ROI.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, tracking key metrics such as CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.

Audience & Creative Strategy

  • Define audience targeting, segmentation, and re-targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, evaluate, and test new ad creatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all paid channels.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze daily / weekly campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Prepare KPI-focused performance reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively recommend improvements and scaling strategies based on data.

Client Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and expected outcomes.
  • Provide clear communication regarding performance status, next steps, and strategy recommendations.
  • Participate in regular client calls and internal planning meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads roles within an agency or multi-client environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio / Data Studio, etc.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate across different teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
