Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Campaign Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving ROI through data-backed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement continuous improvements.
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for high-converting visuals.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Proficiency in campaign setup, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with remarketing and funnel-based campaign strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
