Paid Clinical Research Volunteers - Inpatient

Pinnacle Research in Anniston, AL is enrolling healthy adults for a paid clinical research study. This is not a job — it is a research participation opportunity for individuals who can commit to an extended inpatient stay.

Important: This study requires a 28 consecutive overnight stay in our research clinic.

Study Overview:

This is a Phase 1 clinical research study evaluating an investigational medication being studied to potentially reduce inflammation in the body. Healthy volunteer studies help researchers understand how a medication is processed and tolerated in healthy adults.

Phase 1 research is a routine and essential part of medical research, and participation is voluntary. All study-related medical care, lodging, and meals are provided at no cost during the inpatient stay. Participant safety is overseen by trained physicians and experienced research staff 24 hours a day.

Compensation:

Qualified participants may receive up to $15,100 in compensation for time and travel. Compensation details are reviewed during the consent process.

Who May Qualify:

• Ages 18–65
• BMI between 30 and 42
• No recreational drug use, including marijuana or Delta-8
• Able to remain inpatient for the full 28-day stay
• Able to follow clinic rules and study procedures

What Participation Involves:

• One inpatient stay lasting 28 consecutive days
• Daily monitoring by trained medical professionals
• Routine study procedures such as blood draws, urine samples, vital signs, and ECGs
• Follow-up visits after discharge

Participant Safety:

Participant safety is a priority at Pinnacle Research. During the inpatient stay, participants are under the direct care of experienced physicians and trained research staff and are monitored regularly throughout the study.
