The Paid Guest Posting Expert will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing high-quality guest posting opportunities on relevant websites to build backlinks and improve clients’ SEO performance. The role involves outreach, publisher communication, pricing negotiation, content coordination, and maintaining a database of active guest posting sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Relationship Management
- Research and identify high-authority websites for paid guest posting opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers, bloggers, and webmasters.
- Communicate professionally with website owners regarding pricing, content guidelines, and publication timelines.
- Negotiation & Placement
- Negotiate cost-effective guest post placements while ensuring quality and relevance.
- Finalize deals within approved budgets and maintain transparency with management.
- Ensure the backlinks and anchor texts align with SEO strategy and client requirements.
- Content Coordination
- Coordinate with the content team to develop articles as per publisher guidelines.
- Review and ensure the content meets SEO and brand standards before submission.
- Track content approval and live link updates.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain a detailed database of guest posting sites, pricing, and domain metrics (DA, DR, traffic, etc.).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on acquired links, expenditures, and progress.
- Ensure all paid guest post activities are properly documented and invoiced.
- Quality Control
- Verify live links and ensure proper indexing in search engines.
- Monitor link performance and report any broken or removed links.
- Ensure all placements meet company’s link quality and relevancy criteria.
- Team Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and outreach teams to align guest posting strategies.
- Suggest new link-building opportunities and outreach improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, Google algorithm, and backlink trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest posting, link building, or outreach campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, domain metrics (DA, DR, TF, CF), and backlink quality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Hunter.io is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach projects simultaneously.
