What You Will Learn & Do

As an HR Intern, you will receive practical training and actively contribute to day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities and learning areas will include:

• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Job posting and candidate sourcing through various platforms
• Resume screening and shortlisting candidates
• Interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Conducting initial HR interviews
• Employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with HR operations and administrative tasks
• Learning HR policies, compliance, and best practices
• Preparing reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation
• Supporting employee engagement and other HR initiatives

This internship is designed to equip you with real-world HR experience, enabling you to confidently transition into a professional HR role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BBA (HR), HRM, or a related Human Resource discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Clear understanding of fundamental HR concepts and functions
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
