Paid Intern / Part-Time Compliance & Research Associate (Remote)

This role involves validating provider credentials and conducting in-depth research to ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity on our platform. The right candidate will not only complete tasks with precision but also look for ways to improve processes along the way.

Responsibilities

• Validate DOT authority status of transport providers
• Verify insurance and bond details
• Confirm and update provider contact information
• Conduct research to ensure compliance standards are met
• Identify process improvements to enhance workflows
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
