Paid Internship – Online Business Development

Location: Gulshan Block 10-A, Karachi
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Red Feather Tech is offering a Paid Internship in Online Business Development exclusively for female candidates who are eager to start their careers in client communication, proposal writing, and freelancing platforms (Upwork/Freelancer).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating business leads through Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
• Write compelling proposals and follow up with potential clients.
• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls.
• Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain client records, update progress, and prepare business development reports.
• Learn negotiation, sales strategies, and online bidding techniques under professional mentorship.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate student in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork/Freelancer) is a plus.
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and proactive in building client relationships.
• Must be available to work on-site (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
