Role Overview
You support real estate clients. You build a simple content strategy and weekly plan per client. You decide what assets get produced each week. You brief and coordinate our in-house designer and video editor. You do not design or edit videos. You deliver weekly reporting with clear next actions. This is a paid internship, but not beginner-level. You must already have hands-on experience.

Core Responsibilities

Social media strategy and production planning
Build a simple 2 to 4 week plan per client, content pillars, weekly themes, offers, CTAs
Convert the plan into a weekly production list, posts, and required assets
Define what the designer creates and what the video editor edits for each post
Write hooks, captions, CTAs, and posting guidelines
Create clear briefs for the designer and editor, including objective, audience, key message, angle, format, references, and deadline
Coordinate revisions and approvals, keep timelines on track
Track weekly performance and propose improvements for next week

SEO support, not full ownership
Keyword research and basic competitor checks for local real estate searches
On-page tasks, titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, internal links
Technical basics awareness, indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, page speed basics
Weekly reporting using Google Search Console, GA4 basics
Turn data into a short action list, what to improve next week

Minimum Requirements
6+ months of hands-on SEO or social media work
Strong writing for social posts
Able to write clear briefs for static design and short-form video
Comfortable with weekly reporting and simple insights
Reliable communication in a remote setup

Nice to Have
Real estate content experience, agents, listings, buyers, sellers, rentals
Experience with lead gen CTAs, WhatsApp or call CTAs, and local targeting
Familiar with Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana

Work Setup and Hours
Remote role, full-time internship
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM Pakistan time
Breaks: 1-hour lunch break daily, Friday break is 1.5 hours
You must be available during these hours for coordination with the teamS

Scorecard Criteria, used for bonus and promotion
On-time delivery rate
Brief quality and completeness
Content plan quality
Reporting accuracy
Improvement in quality week to week Communication ownership
