Belami is seeking a hands-on Paid Marketing Manager to own and optimize our performance marketing channels and drive profitable growth. This role is responsible for managing paid media across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Bing Ads, Amazon Marketplace, and select social channels.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly in advertising platforms, analytics, and tracking tools. This position collaborates cross-functionally with Creative, SEO, Data, and Merchandising teams and offers a clear path toward people leadership as Belami’s in-house paid media capabilities continue to grow.
Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Marketplace
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and platform dashboards
Implement and maintain conversion tracking and audience tagging through Google Tag Manager
Develop, test, and scale paid media strategies aligned with business and seasonal goals
Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with monthly and quarterly plans
Collaborate with internal teams to support cohesive omnichannel marketing execution
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS
Support marketplace advertising efforts (Amazon, Walmart, Target) and product feed optimization
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews for leadership
Mentor and support junior paid media team members as the function growsRequired Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing paid search, shopping, or performance media for e-commerce or omnichannel brands
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads platforms
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and data-driven optimization
Proven success managing advertising budgets with measurable ROI
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing YouTube, Meta Ads, or programmatic/display campaigns
Experience with feed management tools such as Feedonomics or ChannelAdvisor
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Google Ads Certification or similar credentials

This role initially will have one direct report. As Belami expands its in-house paid media capabilities, this position is expected to assist with training and mentoring future paid media team members.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. Specific in-office expectations will be communicated during the interview process.
The expected salary range for this role in California is $100,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, technical expertise, internal equity, geographic location within California, and business needs, in accordance with applicable law.
