We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Paid Media Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of our clients' paid advertising success.
Job Summary
As a Paid Media Executive, you will be the driving force behind our clients' paid advertising strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Working closely with our creative and strategy teams, your goal will be to maximize return on investment (ROI), analyze complex data, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok & Snapchat.
- Continuous Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate accurate weekly and monthly reports, and translate raw data into actionable insights for clients.
- Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword mining, competitor analysis, and audience research to uncover new targeting opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are perfectly aligned for conversions.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media or performance marketing campaigns (digital agency experience is highly preferred).
- Platform Mastery: Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to interpret data sets, spot trends, and make strategic decisions.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills, specifically when it comes to budget pacing and error-free campaign setup.
- Certifications: Active Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate strategies to both internal teams and external clients.
