Live it Up is looking for a Paid Media Manager to architect and execute growth strategies that drive measurable impact across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate channels. If you’re a data-driven marketer who thrives on testing, optimizing, and scaling in fast-moving DTC environments, this is the role for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Run Relentless Growth Experiments: Drive landing page iterations, offer tests, and product bundles to find and scale what works

  • Be Hands-On with the Tools: You’re not just briefing agencies, you will roll up your sleeves in Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo, Webflow/Shopify, and CRO platforms

  • Fuel the Creative Feedback Loop: Build a regular cadence of performance reporting and actionable briefs to unlock new pockets of scale

  • Drive Smart Conversion Optimization: Architect disciplined A/B tests across product detail pages, checkout flows, and the full conversion funnel

  • Deliver Data-Backed Insights: Keep the pulse on performance with daily snapshots, weekly scorecards, and monthly insights that drive strategy

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience owning acquisition budgets of $10M+ annually, with a mix of agency and in-house roles

  • You have a proven track record of lowering CAC and increasing LTV:CAC for DTC e-commerce brands

  • You possess deep channel expertise in Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate marketing

  • You are fluent in marketing math (MER, ROAS, regression, incrementality) and proficient with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, Triple Whale, and Rockerbox

  • You think in systems, thrive in ambiguity, and excel at building from 0 1

Bonus points if…

  • You have experience scaling a brand past $50M ARR

  • You have subscription commerce or retention marketing know-how

  • You have experience running clinical-claim-sensitive ad approvals

  • You have built or contributed to a creative analytics “content OS”
