About the Role

Pyxl is a performance-driven digital marketing agency. We build and scale paid media programs for e-commerce and lead generation brands. We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who can own channel strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You will be expected to show up to client calls ready to lead, and bring the technical depth to back it all up. This role is hands-on in the platform, managing performance and owning your results.

What You'll Do

Strategy, Execution & Optimization

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Meta and Google are your non-negotiable core strengths.
  • Guide paid media strategy from brief to launch: channel selection, audience architecture, budget allocation, and creative direction aligned to client goals.
  • Monitor performance daily and make proactive, data-backed optimizations. Test systematically, document learnings, and apply them forward.
  • Partner with design and content teams to brief, review, and iterate on creative assets.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends. Bring new ideas and testing opportunities to clients before they ask.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Lead client calls with confidence: present strategy, walk through performance, field live questions, and hold your own when results are challenged.
  • Communicate proactively. Flag issues early, share wins, and set clear expectations around testing timelines, budget sensitivity, and what’s in flight.
  • Build and maintain client-facing dashboards in Looker Studio. Review reports not just to summarize what happened, but to diagnose why and recommend what to do next.
  • Support pitch and audit work with performance analysis, competitive insights, and channel recommendations.

Technical Setup & Tools

  • Implement and troubleshoot tags, triggers, and conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, Meta Events Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Use AI tools actively to improve efficiency: automate reporting tasks, accelerate creative briefs, and streamline workflows.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools that help clients hit their goals, from attribution platforms to feed management software, and troubleshoot technical issues independently across the full stack.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2-4 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally at a digital marketing agency
  • Deep proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Display)
  • Ability to build paid media strategy from brief to execution, not just manage existing campaigns
  • Confident on client calls: you can present strategy, handle live questions, and build trust under pressure
  • Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Working knowledge of GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills; you find the ‘so what’ in data and turn it into action

Nice to Have

  • Active use of AI tools to streamline reporting, creative briefing, and workflows
  • Working experience with TikTok for Business, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms
  • Familiarity with Shopify and ad platform integrations

Who You Are

  • You show up to client calls prepared and ready to lead.
  • You don’t wait to be asked. You flag issues early and always have a next step in mind.
  • You care about the numbers and can explain what they mean, not just report them.
  • You’re curious about new tools and have the judgment to know when to adopt them.
  • You thrive remotely, communicate without prompting, and follow through on what you say you’ll do.

Compensation & Details

  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Experience Level: Mid-Level (2–4 years)
  • Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
