IN YOUR NEW ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Paid Media Manager with a strong focus on social media to join our highly skilled, Los Angeles–based team. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple brands and categories, playing a key role in driving marketing efforts across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other key channels.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and takes a proactive, initiative-driven approach to supporting senior leadership. They should also be comfortable conducting complex analyses to inform and drive impactful marketing strategies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute digital and paid social media strategies to drive customer acquisition and support growth across our DTC websites
  • Manage a team of PPC analysts responsible for campaign creation and media investment across multiple platforms and ad types
  • Measure, monitor, and optimize core KPIs while maintaining budget goals
  • Own performance targets including traffic, revenue, ad spend, CAC, and ROI/ROAS—ensuring benchmarks are met or exceeded
  • Develop case studies and insights to inform campaign builds and broader paid media strategies
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms within paid media and social
  • Analyze and interpret data using tools such as GA4, Tableau, Segment, and Data Studio to deliver actionable insights and visual reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, product development, and other teams to support marketing initiatives

TO BE THE BEST FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED

  • 5–8 years in customer acquisition/performance marketing
  • Strong experience with Meta, Google Ads, and paid social/search
  • Proven track record scaling spend while maintaining efficiency (CAC, ROAS)
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in eCommerce/DTC preferred

BOOSTED COMMERCE OFFERS:

  • Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually
