Paid Media Manager

Our client a well regarded B2B media agency is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager ready to take ownership and make an impact.

If you have 3 + years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns — particularly across LinkedIn and Meta.

What you'll be doing:

• Independently managing campaigns across multiple advertisers end-to-end
• Leading paid social strategy on client briefs and presenting performance insights
• Championing Test & Learn initiatives to push performance forward
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

What we're looking for:

• Proven LinkedIn campaign experience (a must), plus Meta and other major platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
• A proactive problem-solver who communicates clearly with commercial stakeholders
• A team-first attitude and genuine passion for paid social
