About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on Paid Media Manager to lead paid acquisition for DermStreet across Google, Meta & similar channels. This is a performance-driven ecommerce role for someone who knows how to scale revenue, protect ROAS, and turn data into action.
You will own strategy, execution, optimization, budget allocation, testing, reporting, and creative direction based on performance data. This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies or reports on results. We are looking for someone who can work directly in-platform and drive growth.
Our primary focus is growing revenue while maintaining strong ROAS.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar performance channels
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on ecommerce growth, revenue, and ROAS
- Manage spend, pacing, and budget allocation across campaigns, products, audiences, and funnels
- Build and refine campaign structures across:
- Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen
- Meta Facebook / Instagram campaigns
- Additional growth channels as relevant
- Monitor account performance daily and make hands-on optimizations to improve efficiency and scale
- Develop and manage testing across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structure
- Lead the creative strategy process based on performance, including identifying winning hooks, briefing new concepts, and driving iteration
- Partner on sourcing and testing UGC-style creative when relevant
- Analyze performance and present clear insights, recommendations, and next steps
- Help improve attribution, tracking, and reporting so decisions are based on reliable data
- Identify opportunities to unlock growth without sacrificing efficiency
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for ecommerce brands
- Must have personally managed at least:
- $1M+ in annual spend on Google Ads
- $1M+ in annual spend on Meta Ads
- Proven track record of growing ecommerce revenue while maintaining strong ROAS
- Deep experience with campaign setup, optimization, bidding, audience strategy, creative testing, and scaling
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into action
- Comfortable owning performance and making budget decisions
- Strong communicator who can clearly explain what is working, what is not, and what should happen next
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- Agency experience, especially managing multiple accounts or large ecommerce budgets
- Experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing
- Experience with AppLovin / Axon
- Experience sourcing, briefing, or managing UGC
- Familiarity with attribution, GA4, and conversion tracking best practices
Compensation U.S.-based candidates: $110,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience
