We are seeking a talented Paid Media Marketing Specialist to oversee and optimize a diverse portfolio of campaigns. This role involves driving ROI, mentoring team members, and delivering impactful results for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day paid media activities for a large portfolio of campaigns across multiple channels.
• Mentor and support less experienced members of the Paid and Campaign Delivery team.
• Optimize paid media campaigns to achieve performance goals and enhance ROI.
• Use data-driven insights and creativity to maximize the effectiveness of ad tools.
• Focus on delivering trackable conversions, not just amplifying views.
• Implement and track conversions and pixel setups for campaigns.
• Develop proposals for prospective clients by identifying tailored strategies for each brand and target audience.
• Confidently address challenges and solve problems for global clients.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• At least 3+ years of experience in paid social media campaign management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
• Data-focused and analytically inclined, with a keen ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Creative approach to leveraging ad tools and delivering innovative solutions.
