Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with a strong background in Google Ads to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in a digital agency setting, a proven track record of driving results, and experience managing international clients or projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing) for lead generation and eCommerce accounts.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bidding strategy optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and quality score.
- Set up and manage tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients or internal teams.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design visuals, copy, and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
- Manage campaigns for international clients, ensuring localization, global targeting, and compliance with regional regulations.
- Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience in digital agencies preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
- Experience managing international clients or projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to optimize performance.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
