About the Project:
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer/Ads Specialist to launch and scale a high-ticket digital educational product in the Artificial Intelligence & Tech Skills niche.

Our product helps creatives and freelancers leverage new AI tools to speed up their workflows and deliver better results. We have a proven offer and a validated funnel; now, we need an expert to drive high-quality cold traffic to our webinar/sales page.

Note: Specific details regarding the product curriculum and brand will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

The Role:
We need a "full-stack" advertiser who can handle strategy, implementation, and optimization across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (specifically YouTube In-Stream Ads).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Develop a cohesive multi-channel strategy to drive conversions (purchases/leads), not just vanity metrics.
  • Meta Ads: Launch and manage conversion campaigns targeting tech-savvy professionals, freelancers, and agencies.
  • YouTube Ads: Set up Google Ads campaigns focusing on YouTube placement. You must understand how to target intent-based audiences and competitor channels.
  • Creative Guidance: Provide direction on ad creatives (video scripts, hooks, and angles) that resonate with an audience looking to upskill in AI.
  • Copywriting: Write or refine compelling ad copy that addresses pain points without triggering ad network bans.
  • Tracking: Ensure Facebook Pixel and Google Conversion tags are firing correctly (experience with GTM/GA4 is a plus).
  • Reporting: Weekly reporting on ROAS, CPA, CPM, and CTR with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years managing Meta and Google Ads.
  • Info-Product Expertise: You MUST have case studies showing success in selling online courses, coaching, or digital products. E-commerce experience alone is not sufficient.
  • YouTube Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with YouTube In-Stream ads (skippable video ads).
  • AI/Tech Familiarity: You understand the current landscape of Generative AI and tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, or no-code builders (you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to "get" the appeal).
  • Data-Driven: You make decisions based on data, not feelings. You understand attribution windows and funnel metrics.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs320,000.00 per month
