Paid Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-oriented Paid Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in managing paid digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analytics, along with a passion for achieving measurable marketing results. Experience in the aesthetic or beauty sector will be considered an advantage.

Core Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Conduct search term analysis and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.

Develop and test different campaign strategies including ad variations and performance testing.

Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.

Work closely with the creative team to enhance ad creatives, messaging, and conversion performance.

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation results.

Stay informed about new trends, tools, and best practices in digital performance marketing.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on work in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Solid understanding of digital campaign strategy and performance metrics.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign outcomes.

Interest or experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry is preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
