The Role
We are seeking a Paid Search & Social Strategist (contract) to manage and grow paid media campaigns across search, social, and e-commerce platforms. This role blends strategy, execution, and optimization. You’ll support our current clients while also helping us expand into e-commerce by managing product feeds, shopping ads, and funnel strategies.
Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and optimize Paid Search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
- Run Paid Social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) aligned with client goals.
- Conduct research, testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
E-Commerce Campaigns
- Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, and product feed optimization.
- Set up and optimize Merchant Center, product catalogs, and dynamic remarketing.
- Build and refine retargeting campaigns (abandoned cart, upsells, repeat purchase).
- Support clients on platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Partner with account/project managers to provide updates and insights.
- Translate client goals into clear strategies and actionable campaigns.
- Deliver thoughtful reporting on ROAS, CAC, MER, and other e-commerce KPIs.
Campaign Optimization
- Monitor budgets, bidding, and creative performance.
- Continuously test ad copy, offers, and creative variations.
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively share recommendations.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience running Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Proficiency with Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns.
- Experience with product feed management and Merchant Center.
- Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to report on advanced KPIs (ROAS, CAC, MER).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Details
- Hourly pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Candidates with advanced e-commerce expertise may be compensated at the higher end of this range.
- Flexible schedule, but active presence and in-person collaboration required.
