🎨 What You’ll Do

You’ll be the creative engine behind our paid media campaigns, helping shape and elevate our visual direction across multiple platforms.

• Design and adapt ads for paid social, display, and video campaigns
• Continuously iterate based on performance data and feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across languages, audiences, and formats
• Contribute ideas for creative testing and performance frameworks
• Stay ahead of creative trends and best practices in digital advertising

This is a hands-on, performance-focused creative role , where your designs don’t just look good, they perform.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in digital or performance design
• A portfolio showcasing high-performing ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Motion design skills are a big plus
• Strong understanding of how creative impacts CTR, CVR, and CAC
• Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (Spanish or French are a plus)
• A genuine passion for gaming and digital culture
