Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Pinterest and TikTok to meet marketing objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, ad creative development, budgeting, and bid optimization using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce engaging visuals and videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and social listening to identify trending topics, audience preferences, and opportunities for brand amplification.
- Monitor campaign performance through web analytics tools like Google Analytics and adjust tactics to improve ROI while maintaining brand consistency.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with online communities, responding to comments, and fostering positive brand interactions across social channels.
- Track engagement metrics, and generate performance reports for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and advertising policies to ensure compliance and innovative campaign execution.
Experience
- Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns with a strong understanding of platform-specific advertising features such as Facebook Advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to derive insights that inform campaign adjustments.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for creating compelling ad content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content creation strategies that enhance social media visibility.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively across multiple channels.
