- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to develop engaging visuals and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and brand reputation across various channels.
- Manage social media calendars with scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Optimize campaigns through keyword research, audience targeting adjustments, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationship management with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with overall branding goals.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer (application), and web analytics tools.
- Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content creation best practices.
- Ability to analyze data insights from web analytics and adjust strategies accordingly for better performance.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate and aligned with branding standards.
- Experience in e-commerce environments or digital marketing agencies is preferred but not required.
