Responsibilities

- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging graphics, videos, and copy that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights; optimize ads based on data-driven insights for maximum ROI.
- Engage in social listening to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining consistent brand voice.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to handle reputation management and foster positive relationships with online communities.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards before publishing or boosting posts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, SEO practices, and digital advertising tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other major platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to create eye-catching visuals.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign success.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility organically alongside paid efforts.
- Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry conversations effectively.
- Excellent relationship management skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including content creators, PR specialists, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and editing content.
- Experience with video editing for creating engaging multimedia content that captures audience attention.
