About the Role

This isn’t your traditional social media role. We are looking for someone who sees content the way we do, as a powerful tool for growth – and knows how to use it to drive real results.

You’ll own our social media presence end-to-end, from strategy to execution, with a clear goal: drive revenue through content. That means going beyond scheduling and posting by developing performance driven and creative initiatives to determine what works for us and what doesn’t.

You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our content with a strong focus on UGC and assisting in the further development and growth of our brand’s audience. This is an opportunity to shape the voice, direction and impact for EyeVac across channels as we expand distribution and grow internationally.

If you’re someone passionate about how social media and UGC can positively impact a brand, thrives in a test-and-learn environment and want to build something meaningful – not just maintain it – this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

· 2-5 years social media / UGC experience preferred

· Create and post daily short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels etc.)

· Manage and grow UGC pipeline (creator sourcing + coordination)

· Repurpose content across platforms

· Support PR/influencer outreach and product seeding

· Write captions, hooks and basic blog content

· Analyze performance and iterate quickly

· Turn Winning content into repeatable formats

Who We’re Looking For:

· Strong content creator – we are looking for more than just a scheduler!

· Someone who can directly drive revenue through content creation.

· Proven experience with viral or high-performing content

· Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)

· Basic design background (Canva, Photoshop etc.)

· Thrives in a dynamic, fast moving and execution-focused environment

· Experience in eCommerce of consumer products is preferred

This is a Monday-Friday in-office position, we offer optional WFH days every Wednesday. Portfolio or examples of content creation will be required to schedule an interview.

Salary: $65,000-$95,000 depending on relevant work experience or education

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
