Position Overview

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-site injury and accident practice in Florida seeking to add its first Pain Management Physician to the team. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and shape pain management services within an established clinical network, while also contributing to the development of new clinic locations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, effective interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities to establish and grow this service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pain management care, including interventional procedures, for patients with injury-related and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and expand pain management services.
• Support patient care across all three locations (Fort Myers, Sarasota, Naples) during initial growth, with eventual assignment to one primary clinic.
• Foster strong patient relationships and ensure a high standard of care delivery.
• Contribute to the advancement of clinic protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pain management experience
• Completion of a Pain Management or Interventional Pain Fellowship
• Preferred experience in personal injury care
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500,000.00 - $550,000.00 per year
