1. Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pain Management Physician with at least 3 years of clinical and interventional pain practice to join our team across our branches in Kochi, Chennai, and Calicut. The role involves comprehensive assessment and treatment of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions using advanced evidence-based methods.

2. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with musculoskeletal, neuropathic, chronic, and post-surgical pain.
  • Plan and perform interventional pain procedures such as:
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Radiofrequency ablation
  • Facet joint injections
  • SI joint injections
  • Nerve root blocks
  • Trigger point injections
  • Sympathetic blocks
  • PRP / regenerative treatments
  • Provide non-interventional pain management including medications and rehabilitation guidance.
  • Review patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Interaction & Education

  • Counsel patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records for all patients and procedures.
  • Adhere to clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Team Collaboration

  • Support junior doctors and staff through training sessions.
  • Collaborate with branch managers for patient flow & scheduling.

3. Qualifications

  • MBBS + MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology / PM&R / Pain Medicine/Sports medicine
  • Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management (preferred).
  • 3 years minimum experience in pain clinics or interventional pain practice.
  • Valid Medical Council registration for the respective state.

4. Skills Required

  • Proficiency in interventional pain procedures.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient-handling ability.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

5. Salary & Benefits

  • ₹1,50,000 - 2,00,000 per month.
