What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain, spine, musculoskeletal, and injury-related conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based plans emphasizing conservative care and minimally invasive interventions
- Perform interventional procedures in clinic and ASC settings, including fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided injections
- Collaborate closely with in-house Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Psychology, Orthopedics, and Functional Restoration teams
- Order and interpret diagnostics (MRI/CT, EMG/NCS, labs)
- Build longitudinal patient relationships while maintaining efficient, high-quality EMR documentation

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology
- Pain Medicine fellowship training preferred
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and comfort in a multidisciplinary environment
- Interventional experience preferred (mentorship available for newer graduates)
- Familiarity with California Workers’ Compensation is a plus
