About the Position

We are seeking a Paint and Insulation Section Chief to join our large-scale industrial project in the Ust Luga Region of Russia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all paint and insulation material activities, from procurement and logistics to warehouse and site distribution.

This role plays a key part in aligning material readiness with construction schedules while managing teams, subcontractors, and compliance with project procedures and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that insulation works progress in alignment with the overall project schedule,
• Monitor insulation activities to ensure compliance with project quality standards and specifications,
• Enforce adherence to occupational health and safety rules on-site,
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery,
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insulation and coating material management,
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and material specifications,
• In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and environmental standards,
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and subcontractors,
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific engineering software,
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
