Paint Helper – Full-Time / Part-Time

CT Painters LLC is looking for a motivated Paint Helper to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn the painting trade.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to jobsites within a 1-hour radius of Amsterdam, NY
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• No experience required, but painting or construction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist lead painters with interior and exterior painting projects
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and masking
• Set up and clean up jobsites daily
• Move materials, ladders, and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures
• Learn painting techniques and industry best practices
