Paint Night Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Paint Night Event Instructor to lead engaging painting sessions for diverse audiences. This role involves designing and delivering enjoyable art experiences that cater to both beginners and experienced painters. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging painting curricula tailored to various skill levels and age groups
• Lead interactive paint night sessions, guiding participants step-by-step through the creation of artwork
• Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees
• Prepare art supplies and set up the workspace prior to each session
• Provide instruction on painting techniques, color mixing, and artistic concepts
• Foster creativity and encourage participants to express their individual styles
• Maintain safety standards and proper use of art materials during sessions
• Adapt lesson plans as needed to accommodate special education needs or beginner artists
• Collect feedback from participants to improve future sessions and enhance overall experience

Skills

• Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management
• Experience with teaching or tutoring across various age groups, including children, preschoolers, and adults
• Knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, and special education principles
• Skills in photography, theater, ballet, sewing, or culinary arts are a plus for creating themed or specialized sessions
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a fun learning environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all backgrounds
• Creativity in designing engaging activities that promote artistic growth and confidence
• Experience working with students or in early childhood education settings is highly valued
