Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality protective film to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances the vehicle’s appearance and preserves its value. Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal adhesion of paint protection film.
• Measure, cut, and carefully apply film to various vehicle surfaces, including hoods, bumpers, doors, and fenders.
• Use hand tools and power tools to trim excess film and achieve seamless edges.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
• Utilize auto body repair techniques such as buffing and auto painting to enhance the final appearance when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.
• Communicate effectively with customers about the installation process, timelines, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience or automotive industry background with a focus on vehicle detailing or auto body repair.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment.
• Familiarity with auto glass installation, auto restoration techniques, and auto painting processes.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto estimating practices.
• Experience with buffing, detailing, welding, heavy lifting, and auto glass work is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical aspects clearly.
• Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
