We are seeking an experienced Paint Shop Manager to lead our automotive paint and body shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

Complete knowledge of automotive paints, refinishing systems, and body shop products.

Guide technicians on product use, colour matching, mixing, and application.

Lead daily shop operations with focus on productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as required.

Coordinate with suppliers and track deliveries.

Handle walk-in, workshop, and outdoor customers professionally.

Provide quotations, technical support, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in automotive paint/body shop operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage overall shop performance.
