Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate painting activities across multiple projects, including industrial painting, auto body repair, and construction painting.
• Lead a team of painters and technicians, providing guidance on techniques such as airless paint spraying, auto painting, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ensure proper preparation of surfaces using fabrication, welding, machining, and the use of precision measuring instruments for accurate results.
• Manage materials handling processes, including inventory control of paints, coatings, and related supplies while maintaining safety protocols.
• Oversee the operation of equipment such as cranes and forklifts to facilitate efficient movement of materials and finished products within warehouse or manufacturing settings.
• Enforce safety standards related to working with hazardous materials, working at heights with scaffolding or cranes, and operating machinery safely.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision tools to verify surface finishes meet specifications; document work progress through detailed reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow using lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in industrial or construction painting with painting techniques.

Language: English/ Spanish

• Experience in the painting company
• Willing to work in Heber City
• Valid drivers license and vehicle
• Attention to detail

• Ability to lift and move a ladder

• Ability to learn and make changes if needed

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
