We are a leading company in the of Building Construction Chemicals, committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a skilled Paint Technologist to join our QA/QC and R&D departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance and quality control testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished paint products.
• Develop, improve, and customize paint formulations to meet performance and customer requirements.
• Perform laboratory trials, product evaluations, and technical investigations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to production, sales, and customer service teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results, formulations, and research activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Paints/Coatings industry, preferably in QA/QC and R&D.
• Strong knowledge of paint raw materials, formulation, and testing methods.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and quality testing standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
