Paint workshop instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Paint Workshop Instructor to inspire creativity and skill development in our diverse community. In this role, you will lead engaging painting classes and workshops tailored to different age groups and skill levels, fostering a positive environment that encourages artistic expression. Your enthusiasm for art, combined with your ability to teach and manage a class, will help participants of all backgrounds unlock their artistic potential while enjoying a fun, hands-on experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to cultivate artistic talents and create a fun playful experience! Must have previous experience at a Pinot and pallet or a paint workshop environment. Classes are primarily adults.!

Responsibilities

• Create samples and manage the workshop and teach guests how to create their own individual interpretation must have good time management able to set up help with breakdown and care for supplies as needed
• Lead interactive workshops and classes, demonstrating painting techniques and guiding participants through creative projects
• Manage classroom activities efficiently, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all learners
• Provide personalized tutoring and feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence in painting
• Organize supplies, set up workstation, and ensure all materials are used safely and responsibly

Requirements

• Familiarity with artistic techniques such as painting, photography, sewing, or culinary arts is a plus
• Ability to plan workshop effectively and adapt instruction based on individual guests needs
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for inspiring others through art education, playful fun personality!
• Prefer background in Painting
