Painter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on a variety of surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and exterior structures. This role requires knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or repairing imperfections.
• Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade.
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect them during painting.
• Follow all health and safety regulations on-site.
• Clean up tools and work area after each job.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups.
• Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand job requirements.
• Maintain equipment and report any damage or required maintenance.
