Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Painter to join our team. The role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coats to achieve a high-quality finish on walls, ceilings, furniture, woodwork, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in decorative finishes, texture painting, and detailing work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnish, enamel, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Execute decorative and texture painting, touch-ups, and detailed finishes.
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and consistency.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment efficiently for different applications.
• Ensure surfaces are smooth, clean, and free of defects before finishing.
• Follow safety standards and proper handling of painting tools, materials, and chemicals.
• Inspect completed work to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, and other finishing staff to meet project timelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Painter in construction, interiors, or fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of different paint types, surface preparation techniques, and application methods.
• Ability to perform detailed finishing work with precision and neatness.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and protective measures in painting.
• Physical stamina and ability to work long hours if required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
