Responsibilities:

• Interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial customers
• Represent our company professionally in uniform
• Prepare, paint, and clean up with detail and efficiency
• Work safely with ladders and at heights
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication
• Maintain flexible availability

Qualifications:

• Experience in prep, masking, brushing, rolling, and spraying
• Hardworking, responsible, and positive attitude
• Team player who values customer satisfaction
• Willingness to learn and meet deadlines

Growth:
This role starts as a painter but can grow into leadership positions, such as Project Manager for those who demonstrate dedication and leadership.
