Job Description:
As a Painter with our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our apartment complexes in Norman/Moore. You will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring all work is completed to meet our high standards of quality and within specified timelines. This position requires travel to different properties within the metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare painting surfaces by cleaning walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
• Mix, match, and apply paints and finishes according to project specifications
• Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
• Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Communicate with property managers to coordinate painting schedules and project details
• Resurfacing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Sheetrock repair

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a residential setting
• Solid knowledge of painting techniques and tools
• Resurfacing experience
• Drywall Repair
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between properties required)
