Job Description: Painter (4 Years’ Experience – Dubai)

Position Title: Painter
Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in painting works (construction/interior/fit-out projects in UAE)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primer.
• Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, lacquers, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Execute painting works on walls, ceilings, wood, metal, and other surfaces as per project requirements.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve the required finish.
• Follow color codes, specifications, and client-approved samples.
• Apply protective and decorative coats to ensure durability and quality standards.
• Inspect painted surfaces and carry out necessary touch-ups or corrections.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of painting tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite at all times.
• Comply with Dubai Municipality and HSE safety regulations at project sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Painter in Dubai (construction/interior/fit-out industry).
• Skilled in different painting techniques (roller, spray, brush, texture, stencil, decorative finishes).
• Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and color matching.
• Ability to work with various paints, varnishes, and finishing materials.
• Familiar with Dubai quality standards and safety practices.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and in different site conditions.
• Team player with good time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in villas, commercial buildings, or interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
• Knowledge of gypsum finishing, putty, and polishing work is an added advantage.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
