Job Responsibilities Decorative Painter

• Apply decorative and texture finishes on walls and ceilings.
• Perform painting techniques such as stencil, texture, and special coatings.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
• Ensure smooth and high-quality finishing.

Epoxy Painter

• Apply epoxy coatings and epoxy flooring systems on different surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and leveling.
• Mix epoxy materials and apply primer, base coat, and top coat.
• Ensure proper finishing and curing of epoxy coatings.

Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of experience in the same field.
• Experience in commercial buildings, malls, hotels, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Passport validity should be minimum 8 months.
