We are seeking a reliable person in Painter / Helper / Flooring professional to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of painting, finishing, and flooring tasks on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. candidate dose not need Experience In

construction painting, renovation, and site work, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and craftsmanship. This position offers opportunities for growth and skill development in a dynamic construction environment.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting or finishing by cleaning, sanding, or patching as needed
• Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment, or other tools
• Assist with installation of flooring materials including hardwood, tile, or carpet
• Perform plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, work to ensure high-quality finishes
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various tasks
• Assist with remodeling projects
• Support the team in demolition, restoration, or renovation tasks on-site
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment throughout projects
