Location: Local & Nationwide (approx. 10 travel weeks per year)

Description

We are seeking a motivated Painter / Industrial Caulker & Patcher to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be trained in masonry coating, tinting, and restoration work for both new construction and historic projects. Candidates with a background in painting, caulking, patching, or surface prep will find this a great path to expand their skills into specialized masonry restoration.

Responsibilities

-Perform surface preparation, painting, and finishing work.

-Apply industrial caulking, coatings, and patching materials.

-Safely operate hand and power tools, including sandblasting equipment.

-Work collaboratively with the crew, showing a willingness to learn new skills.

-Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism on job sites.

Qualifications

-Experience in painting, caulking, or patching (required).

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

-Familiarity with industrial coatings or sandblasting (preferred, not required).

-Comfortable working at heights and using lifts or scaffolding.

-Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to grow through hands-on training.
