Cash Home Investors is a family-owned real estate investment and remodeling company based in Central Texas. We specialize in full home remodels, fix-and-flip projects, and residential renovations. We maintain multiple active projects at all times and are expanding our remodeling operations.

We are looking for experienced, dependable skilled laborers to join our core crew long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work directly with our Construction Manager and lead crew on active renovation projects, assisting with and performing hands-on remodeling work including:

• Demolition and site prep
• Painting exterior and interior touch ups
• Framing and structural repairs
• Drywall install, patching, and texture
• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring installation (LVP, tile, laminate, hardwood)
• Cabinet, vanity, and trim installs
• Bathroom and kitchen remodel assistance
• Light plumbing and electrical work (to code, supervised)
• Exterior repairs, siding, fencing, and landscaping
• Job site cleanup and organization

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential remodeling experience (more is a plus)
• Comfortable using common construction tools daily
• You have a paint sprayer and are excellent at paint and finish work
• Ability to follow plans, direction, and timelines
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work efficiently and stay on task
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Requirements

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be physically capable of remodeling work
• Own basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
• Ability to work Monday–Friday (occasional weekends if needed)
• Must follow safety and quality standards
